Caelene's Testimony was up for a long time...so here is her husband John Philip's Testimony.

Hello! Hey you think you have had it tough? We all have. I thought it was just me but we all need freedom.

I grew up in a Christian home with a father who died because of his sin and a mom who raised me well. After I was a freshman in high school, I rebelled against God, my family, education and everything that is right. I went to eight high schools without the excuse of moving, twice as many bad relationships, three times as many jobs, debt, depression, and drugs.

Finally after a trip to New Orleans, I called my mom and asked for help. We called our old pastor, David, who pointed me to God’s freedom. He came into my apartment to see my friends and my sin.

Over the past few years, the Lord Jesus Christ has washed, sanctified and justified me from all my past woes. Living for God wholeheartedly, free from sin, is loving God, yourself, and others. I have realized how practical God can be. He is sad when we, ”sin.” Sin is just what hurts us. He is just hurt because we are. As we follow His statues, we are blessed inside and sometimes outside as well.

I finished high school and got out of debt, drugs, and depression. I have held a job consistently and found a wonderfully godly girl named Caelene. I have found God’s contentment, peace, happiness, and freedom. Got God?
